Conducted assessment and assisted in developing a strategic roadmap for one of Canada's largest poultry processors with more than 2,900 employees. The project included company-wide employee surveys, leadership interviews, system documentation review and analysis of performance data. Using recognized safety culture and maturity assessment methodologies, Kube evaluated leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, communication, accountability, learning systems, and operational integration. The findings informed a strategy workshop that resulted in a prioritized 3–5-year roadmap designed to strengthen safety culture and improve organizational performance across multiple operations in Ontario and New Brunswick.

Developed and implemented a comprehensive ESG strategy and reporting framework, aligning corporate sustainability goals with investor and regulatory expectations.

Provided environmental management system (EMS) consulting and compliance support for mining and metals operations across multiple Canadian sites.

Designed and delivered occupational health and safety programs for a large national workforce, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety culture initiatives.

Developed and facilitated customized health and safety training programs for retail and pharmacy operations, improving compliance and employee awareness.

Conducted emergency response planning and tabletop exercises for food manufacturing facilities, strengthening business continuity and crisis response capabilities.

Implemented a fleet safety management program including driver risk profiling, incident investigation protocols, and safety performance monitoring.

Supported the development of workplace health and safety policies and procedures for food distribution operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and worker protection.

Provided risk management consulting for large-scale infrastructure projects, including hazard identification, risk mitigation strategies, and safety-in-design reviews.

Collaborated on ESG consulting engagements, providing subject matter expertise in environmental management, occupational health, and sustainability reporting.
